Nettle Leaf 
Used to reduce testosterone levels and tone the uterus. Nettle Leaf is also a long-reputed milk-boosting 'galactagogue' that's rich in minerals to support healthy lactation. It's one of the most nutritious of the spring greens, containing high levels of vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, potassium, folic acid, B vitamins, vitamin K, and essential amino acids. Compared to other herbs, Nettle has some of the highest calcium levels, which makes it to be a great tonic for the bone health of breastfeeding mothers.

Raspberry Leaf
Used to balance hormones and to strengthen uterine walls, as well as also being a traditionally used milk-boosting ingredient too. It is rich in minerals, particularly iron and therefore an important addition to a breastfeeding mother's diet postnatally.

Chaste Berries
Hormone balancing. Used to promote progesterone levels. Progesterone prepares the uterus for pregnancy by thickening the uterine lining.  Chaste Berries are also used to regulate menstrual cycles which in turn promotes conception.

Shatavari Root

It's used as an effective adaptogen to normalize and appropriately balance hormones and also used to support the production of the luteinizing hormone which is responsible for triggering ovulation. However, it also has a long reputed history in many cultures for being a great milk-boosting galactagogue too.

Spearmint
Used to decrease male hormones such as testosterone whilst increasing female hormones necessary for ovulation. Contains valuable vitamins, nutrients and antoxidants.
