I bought this for my wife when our daughter was about 6 weeks old. She was struggling with supply and completely exhausted, and I felt helpless. I didn't know what else to do, so I ordered this kit.
She cried when it arrived (good tears). She said it was the first thing that actually felt like someone understood what she was going through. The partner support guide inside was honestly a wake-up call for me — I didn't realise how much she needed ME to step up with meals and hydration, not just help with the baby.
We've been using the meal plan together, I make sure she drinks the hydration powder every morning, and I keep the cookies stocked. Her supply has improved, but more than that, she just seems... lighter. Less stressed.
If your partner is struggling with breastfeeding, don't just tell her to "drink more water" (I learned that the hard way). Get her this kit. And then actually USE the partner guide. You'll both be better for it.
10/10 would recommend to any new dad or partner.
I bought this kit two weeks before returning to work because I was terrified my supply would tank. Best decision I made. The system walks you through exactly how to prepare, what to pack for pumping at work, and how to keep your supply up even when you're stressed and away from bub.
I've been back at work for 3 weeks now and I'm still producing enough to exclusively breastfeed. The tea has been my secret weapon — I drink it at my desk between pump sessions and it keeps me calm. The cookies are easy to throw in my work bag for a quick snack.
The guide also has a whole section on communicating with your workplace about pumping breaks, which I used almost word-for-word when talking to my manager. Game changer.
If you're going back to work and want to keep breastfeeding, get this kit. You won't regret it.
I was so overwhelmed trying to figure out what to eat, when to eat, and whether my supply was even okay. This kit took all the guesswork out. The guide is incredible — I started with the "Overwhelmed Mama" section and it felt like Kelly was reading my mind. The hydration powder has become part of my morning routine (I mix it into my smoothie), and I genuinely look forward to the cookies as my 3pm pick-me-up between feeds.
What I didn't expect was how much the meal plan would help my partner. He's been using it to do the grocery shopping and meal prep, which has been a lifesaver. I noticed more pump output within about 5 days, and I just feel... less depleted? Like I have energy again.
Worth every cent. I've already recommended it to two friends.
I've tried so many lactation products and nothing really stuck — mostly because I didn't understand the why behind any of it. What sets this kit apart is the guide. 100+ pages sounds like a lot but it's incredibly easy to read and finally explains the connection between what I eat and how my body supports feeding.
The products are a bonus — the cookies are delicious (my husband keeps stealing them) and the tea has become part of my evening routine. The meal plan is actually realistic for a tired mum too — nothing complicated.
Highly recommend if you want to understand your body, not just throw supplements at it.
I honestly bought this out of desperation at 6 weeks postpartum. My supply was dipping, I was exhausted beyond words, and I felt like I was failing my baby every single feed. The kit arrived quickly and I started the guide straight away — I had no idea how much my nutrition had been affecting everything. The hydration powder became my morning non-negotiable, the tea is genuinely lovely, and the cookies kept me going on the days I forgot to eat. Three weeks in and I feel like a different person. I'm not saying it's magic — I'm saying it gave me a real foundation when I had nothing left. At $99 with a money-back guarantee, I wish I'd ordered it the day I came home from hospital.
This handheld milk frother has been a delightful upgrade to my morning routine. It whips up wonderfully creamy foam in seconds and gives barista style results without needing a bulky machine. Whether I’m making lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, or even protein shakes and matcha, the foam is smooth, rich, and consistently perfect. What really stands out is how easy it is to use and clean, just switch it on, whip, and rinse. The included stand keeps it neatly stored and ready, and the compact design means it fits comfortably in a drawer or countertop without taking up space. The build feels sturdy too, so it’s ready for daily use. Overall, this frother is a five star little powerhouse that elevates everyday drinks and makes home coffee moments feel special. Highly recommend for anyone who loves rich, frothy beverages!
Saved my kid from waking up in a bloody mess every night from scratching his eczema patches.. Started wearing these when he was a few months old and will probably continue wearing them, sizing up every year, until he can control his scratching on his own. We get two so we always have a spare
I absolutely love this! I use it all the time! It’s works great I love that it comes with a stand to store it. I use it for mixing my pre workout, greens etc also works great for coffees and hot chocolates. I definitely recommend this! It’s such great quality

These cookies are no joke!
I had two randomly not thinking much of it and I was so engorged my armpits were hurting with milk supply 😂 so now I’m just having one when I feel my boobs aren’t making enough. Actual crazy!
These chocolate Nella Vosk Nourish Mama Lactation Bliss Balls are a really well thought-out option for breastfeeding mums who want something nourishing, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable to eat.The mix reads as high quality and intentional rather than gimmicky, though it should be clear it’s more about a healthy snack option than impacting supply. It’s made from a simple, wholesome blend of oats, cacao, linseed, sunflower, and millet, and I like that it’s clearly labelled as vegan, plant-based, and breastfeeding friendly. There’s a strong focus on nourishment rather than pushing overblown claims, which I think it’s easy to get confused about in this market.Preparation is straightforward and flexible. You just add avocado, coconut oil, and maple syrup, then mix and roll. The texture comes together easily without being overly sticky or dry, and the mix makes a decent enough size batch. I’d love to get more from it but at the same time it’s about the right amount to get through for one person. Once prepared, the bliss balls hold their shape well and keep nicely in the fridge, making them ideal for quick snacks during late-night feeds.Flavour-wise, the chocolate is rich but not sweet. It tastes more like a proper cocoa-based snack than a sweet chocolate dessert, which I really appreciate. They feel satisfying and filling without being heavy, and one or two is enough to take the edge off hunger rather when my wife wants something that feels like a bit of a treat. The fact it’s Australian made and owned is another nice bonus. My wife doesn’t think it had any real impact on supply but certainly enjoyed them and knowing that she was eating something good while still hitting that chocolate spot.
Handy portable handheld milk frother
This Nella Vosk milk frother is a great addition to my kitchen. It is lightweight, compact, portable, and handy to have to whip up a drink for one or two. It is battery operated with 2 x AA battery. The design is simple and I really like the pastel pink colour body and it also comes with a stand which is very very useful to store the milk frother upright, to keep it dry and accessible. It is compact so it does not take up much space at all. This milk frother is not only to be used for milk but also for whipping cream and mixing drinks. Ideal to make a drink for one or two drinks. The frother is powerful enough to froth the milk nicely. It works with hot or cold drink. It is easy to clean as well, just need to run it in clean water and dry.Pros:- the milk frother is compact, it does not take up much space at all.- it is portable, no cables.- it is lightweight but feels sturdy and strong.- it comes with a stand which makes it very easy to access when needed. The stand keeps the frother stand upright and dry and accessible.- I really like the pastel pink colour body. The design is simple and slim.- it’s very easy to clean. Just need to run it in clean water and dry (put it in the stand).- it is strong enough to froth the milk nicely and also to mix drinks.- it can work with hot and cold drinks.- it is ideal to make drink for one or two.Cons:- I would say it is a bit old school with the battery. It would be perfect if it is rechargeable.Overall, I am very happy with this compact, portable milk frother. I put it on the kitchen bench, ready to use to make drink and I have used it most days/ nights.
These baby sleeves are a HUGE lifesaver! My 6 month old has severe eczema and he wakes up multiple times at night scratching himself like crazy. I’ve tried using baby socks and baby mittens with the Velcro and he still manages to pull them off. These are so comfortable and soft for him and they’re even nice and smooth so he can still satisfy that itch without tearing up his skin. His face even looked clearer in the morning then usual. We will be buying a few pairs of these to have in hand for our night time rotation I bought the NB-6 month size for him and it’s fits him perfectly. They’re a bit expensive but the quality is worth it as well as it saving my sanity at night
I’ve had a great experience with these eczema mittens. My son is a year and a half old and currently in the hair-pulling stage, and this product has made a noticeable difference. We mainly use it while he sleeps and when we’re in the car, and it has really helped prevent him from pulling his hair and scratching himself. The sleeves are comfortable for him to wear without fussing, and I feel much more at ease knowing he’s protected during times when I can’t constantly monitor him. Since using these, his hair pulling has significantly decreased, and it’s been a big relief.I definitely recommend this product to parents dealing with scratching or hair pulling in toddlers. It’s been a simple but effective solution for us.

This handheld frother is great! I've never been one for great presentation when it comes to hot chocolates but this little gadget has really upped my game. It is lightweight and comfy to hold. I found it quite easy to use and for longer durations too. I've been able to create a nice foam on my hot chocolate's. I like that it is battery operated, I get a bit nervous having cords around liquid so this being battery operated has taken out that particular stress. I had no issues keeping it clean. I also think it's a great size, it's nice and compact so if I wanted to travel with it I know that I very well could..
I’ve been using this mix to make snacks at home and it’s been a convenient option, especially during busy days. The ingredients feel wholesome and it’s nice knowing it’s made with simple, plant based components rather than anything overly processed.Putting the bites together was quick and easy and I liked that there’s no baking involved. It’s been handy to keep a batch in the fridge for when I need something quick to grab. The flavour is mild and not overly sweet which I prefer, and they’ve been filling without feeling heavy. I’ve also shared them with family and they’ve gone down well as an everyday snack.Overall it’s been an easy and nourishing option to have on hand. It fits nicely into a routine without requiring much effort and feels thoughtfully put together.
I don’t actually need a fertility tea because I’ve already got two kids and I’m definitely not trying for more, but I bought this mainly as a caffeine-free herbal tea to drink regularly. The taste is nice for a loose leaf blend and it feels like a good quality herbal mix. It’s easy to brew, smells good, and doesn’t have that weird bitter “medicine tea” flavour some fertility blends can have.Obviously I can’t really comment on long-term fertility benefits since I’m not using it for that purpose, but as a general herbal tea it’s been enjoyable to drink and feels like a good option if you want something caffeine-free with added wellness ingredients. Has increased load amount and velocity, I'm a 1 man glazing machine

These bliss balls are quick and easy to make by adding an avocado, oil and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. The instructions indicate coconut oil but I didn't have coconut oil so used olive oil and they worked beautifully. Make sure you mash the avocado first to make it easy to mix in. Just took about a minute to mix all the ingredients together, and then a few more minutes to roll into balls. The instructions state you will make 20 balls, but don't indicate what size to make them. I used a teaspoon to get the size and made 23 balls.Once made they are a nice soft texture. They are filled with nutritious ingredients with the pack listing, oat bran, linseed oil, sunflower meal, cacao powder and millet flour, with all the ingredients except the oat bran being organic.Whilst these are designed for breastfeeding Mums, they are suitable for everyone. They taste delicious when cold- I could really taste the chocolatey cacao and the maple adds a nice sweetness without being too sweet. I recommend eating straight out of the fridge rather than letting them heat up to room temperature.Having the premix pack is cost effective as you don't need to purchase all the ingredients individually. They store in a container in the fridge for around a week, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months according to the packet. I note the description states to only freeze for a monthI recommend these both to breastfeeding Mums, but also to those who are short on time and want to whip up a healthy snack.
This bliss ball mix arrives as a powder and is very easy to use. You simply add your own wet ingredients and roll the mixture into balls. I tried it two ways, one batch with condensed milk and another with mashed banana, and both turned out absolutely delicious. The texture can be a little on the dry side if you don’t add enough moisture, but that’s easy to adjust depending on what ingredients you choose. Once mixed correctly, the balls hold together well and have a nice bite. The cocoa flavour is spot on, not overly strong, but still rich and satisfying without tasting bland. Although this product is marketed for lactation support, I’m not using it for that purpose. I still really appreciate the nutritional value it offers, and it makes a great snack that feels indulgent while still being wholesome. Overall, this mix is tasty, versatile, and good value, and I’d happily use it again.
I made these bliss balls exactly as instructed on the packet and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and simple the whole process was. The premix blends smoothly with the added ingredients, and because there’s no baking involved, it’s perfect for busy days when you still want something wholesome on hand. The texture came out soft and satisfying, and the flavour is mild, clean and not overly sweet — a nice change from the usual sugary snacks. The ingredients feel genuinely natural and plant‑based, and the mix itself looked fresh and well packaged. Once rolled, they were easy to portion and store, making them great for grabbing throughout the day.Even though they’re designed with breastfeeding mums in mind, they’re absolutely suitable for the whole family. They’re nutrient‑dense, filling, and feel like a healthier treat option. A really convenient, well‑thought‑out premix that makes snack prep effortless.
I chose these because I’m on a health journey and love that this mix only has five healthy ingredients (and less is always better!)These were so easy to make, adding avo coconut oil and maple syrup (which provides the sweetness). The mix rolled up easily into balls and it’s great that I didn’t have to bake them, just popped them into the fridge.I love that I was also able to freeze some for future snacking.I rolled mine into balls around 4cm, it made a lot but I forgot to count them and by the time I went to, my hubby had eaten a bunch of them! LOLThere is 250g of the mix in the pack and it’s suggested they make 20 balls. This is a great quality clean product, recommended.
These bliss balls were easy to make using the instructions on the packaging. Mixing the wet ingredients together first and then including the bliss ball contents. The mixture came together well and it combined to easily roll into bliss balls. I then put them in the fridge and they were set after a short period. The packaging outlines the ingredients, macro nutrients and also lists ingredients that aren't included. The family, including my breastfeeding daughter all tried these bliss balls out and whilst they were easy to eat and provided a nourishing treat, we all thought they did taste a little bland. It would have been nicer if these were a bit sweeter as a bliss ball.I like that this product is made and owned by an Australian company.
