These are two different products:
The Bamboo Quilt Cover Set is a duvet cover — it goes OVER a quilt or duvet insert and includes pillowcases. The Bamboo Quilted Bedspread is a standalone quilted coverlet — it goes ON TOP of your sheets and existing bedding as a finished top layer. No insert needed.
