    The Nella Vosk Difference

I started Nella Vosk because pregnancy isn't always the glowing experience the magazines make it out to be. The exhaustion, the nausea, the second-guessing every cup of tea — I've been there. Every blend in our pregnancy range is made with natural, nourishing ingredients I'd choose for myself when I was growing my own babies — gentle, considered, and crafted to feel like a small moment of care in a season that asks so much of you. I'm so glad you're here.

→ You're pregnant and looking for a comforting, caffeine-free herbal tea you can enjoy throughout your pregnancy

→ You're navigating the first trimester and want a gentle, warming ritual to help you feel more settled

→ You're breastfeeding and want a floral, aromatic lactation tea that also nourished you during pregnancy

→ You've given up coffee and miss having a warm, flavourful ritual to look forward to

→ You're looking for a beautiful, practical gift for a pregnant or breastfeeding mum — something she can use from bump to beyond

Not right for you if you are sensitive to peppermint or lemon balm, or if you've noticed either affecting your milk supply — switch to our Sweet Serenity Lactation Tea instead. Always check with your healthcare provider before introducing new herbal products during pregnancy.

    How to Use

Step 1 — Hot: Add 1 teaspoon to your favourite infuser or teapot. Pour over boiling water and steep for 3–5 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavour. Enjoy with a splash of honey if you'd like it a little sweeter.

Step 2 — Iced: Brew a strong cup (steep for 5 minutes), allow to cool, then pour over ice. Add a slice of lemon or a few fresh rose petals for a beautiful iced tea ritual.

Tip: Enjoy 1–2 cups per day. This blend is caffeine-free so it's equally lovely as a morning ritual, an afternoon wind-down, or an evening drink before bed.

When to start: Suitable from the first trimester of pregnancy. We always recommend checking with your midwife or GP before introducing any new herbal product during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester or if you have a high-risk pregnancy.

Results: Many mums find a warm herbal tea ritual helps them feel more settled and nourished throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. Results may vary.

    FAQs

Q: Is this tea safe during pregnancy?
This blend is caffeine-free and made from certified organic botanicals traditionally valued in women's wellness throughout pregnancy. Ginger and turmeric in particular have long histories of traditional use during pregnancy. The amounts used are food-level quantities. We always recommend checking with your midwife or GP before introducing any new herbal product during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester or if you have a high-risk pregnancy.

Q: Is peppermint tea safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Peppermint in small, food-level amounts is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, peppermint and lemon balm in larger amounts may anecdotally affect milk supply in some people. We recommend enjoying 1–2 cups per day and monitoring your supply. If you notice any changes, switch to our Sweet Serenity Lactation Tea which is peppermint-free. If you have any concerns, always check with your healthcare provider.

Q: Can I drink this while breastfeeding?
Yes — this tea is formulated to work across both pregnancy and breastfeeding. It contains ginger and turmeric, both traditionally valued as galactagogue ingredients. One important note: the blend also contains peppermint and lemon balm, which in larger amounts may anecdotally affect milk supply in some people. Enjoy 1–2 cups daily and monitor your supply. If you prefer a peppermint-free option, our Sweet Serenity Lactation Tea is a great alternative.

Q: Does this help with morning sickness?
Ginger has a long traditional history of use as a comforting pregnancy remedy and is one of the most widely recommended whole-food options for first-trimester nausea. The ginger in this blend is organic and at a food-level amount. We can't make specific medical claims about nausea treatment — if you're experiencing severe morning sickness please speak with your healthcare provider. Many mums find a warm ginger-based herbal tea helps them feel more settled. Results may vary.

Q: What does it taste like?
Warm, aromatic, and gently floral — a beautiful blend of earthy turmeric, warming ginger, fresh peppermint, and soft rose petals. The lemon myrtle and lemon balm add a gentle citrus brightness. Not too strong, not too sweet. Lovely hot and equally refreshing served iced.

Q: How many cups can I have per day?
We recommend enjoying 1–2 cups per day. This is particularly important because the blend contains peppermint and lemon balm — in larger amounts these may anecdotally affect milk supply in some people. 1–2 cups daily is a comfortable, nourishing amount for most mums throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Q: How many serves are in a pack?
Each 50gm pack contains approximately 20 serves. The foil-lined resealable packet keeps the blend fresh — store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and seal firmly after each use.

Q: Is this a good gift for a pregnant or new mum?
A beautiful gift — especially because it works from the first trimester right through to breastfeeding, so there's truly no wrong time to give it. The rosy, floral packaging makes it feel special, and it's 100% practical. Pair it with the Golden Latte for a complete pregnancy-to-postpartum nourishment gift, or add a Tea Infuser for a ready-to-use gift set.
