Lavender Lullaby is calming, slightly floral, with traditional fennel and fenugreek galactagogues — perfect for evenings and bedtime wind-downs. Berry Bliss is bright, berry-forward, and fenugreek-free — made with raspberry leaf, nettle, oatstraw, and goji. Many mums keep both: Berry Bliss for daytime, Lavender Lullaby for evenings. If you can only choose one, the question is whether fenugreek is a yes or a no for you.

    Will the lavender make me drowsy?
