The fruity, fenugreek-free lactation tea even your partner will steal sips of.

Some lactation teas taste medicinal. This one tastes like a beautiful summer iced tea — and just happens to be made with traditional postpartum herbs.

Sweet Serenity is a naturally sweet, caffeine-free breastfeeding tea crafted for mums who want something light, fruit-forward, and genuinely lovely to drink — hot in a mug or iced over a long afternoon. It's blended with apple, rosehip, hibiscus, berries, raspberry leaf, fennel, and a handful of complementary botanicals to create a soft, gently floral, naturally sweet brew.

It's also one of the most family-friendly teas in the Nourish Mama range. Children sip it. Partners reach for it. Toddlers ask for "the pink one." Which means a nourishing daily ritual you don't have to make on your own.

    Why mums choose Sweet Serenity:

🍓 Fruit-forward and naturally sweet — apple, rosehip, hibiscus, and berries give this tea a gorgeous rosy hue and a flavour that doesn't need anything added.

🌸 Fenugreek-free — gentle for mums and bubs, and a relief if fenugreek hasn't agreed with you in the past.

🌿 Raspberry leaf, fennel and traditional herbs — long valued in postpartum and breastfeeding herbal blends.

🍊 Naturally rich in Vitamin C — from rosehip and hibiscus, two ingredients widely loved for their natural nutrient profile.

👨👩👧 Family-friendly flavour — a tea you can share with the people who love you, without needing a separate cup.

🧊 Beautiful hot or iced — brews into a vibrant rosy colour. Add a slice of lemon or sprig of mint for a refreshing summer drink.

CPPNP-formulated — created by Kelly Northey, a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional with 14+ years supporting Australian breastfeeding mums.

🛡️ 30-day money-back guarantee — try it with no risk. If you don't feel more supported, email us. Keep the tea. No hard feelings.

A note on peppermint: Sweet Serenity contains a small amount of peppermint as part of the herbal blend. Peppermint in large quantities has historically been associated with reducing milk supply in some women, but the small amount used here is part of a balanced blend and is well tolerated by most mums. If you're particularly sensitive to peppermint, our Berry Bliss Lactation Tea is peppermint-free.

Choosing between the teas? Berry Bliss is leafy, mineral-rich, and postpartum-focused (also fenugreek-free). Lavender Lullaby is calming, evening-style, with traditional galactagogues including fenugreek. Sweet Serenity is the fruity crowd-pleaser.

Order direct for the freshest stock and fastest dispatch — most orders leave us within 1–2 business days, shipped Australia-wide.

A tea that tastes like a small celebration of you. 🌸

🎁 A beautiful, gift-worthy tea for new mums and baby showers

    Who It's For

This tea is made for you if:

    • You're breastfeeding or pumping and want a fruity, naturally sweet daily lactation tea
    • You're avoiding fenugreek and want a beautifully drinkable alternative
    • You enjoy fruit-forward herbal teas more than leafy or floral ones
    • You'd love a tea you can share with partners, kids, or visitors
    • You like beautifully presented food and drink (this brews into a stunning rosy colour)
    • You're looking for a gift-worthy tea for a new mum or baby shower

Not the right fit if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients (particularly peppermint or any of the listed fruits or herbs), or if you're highly sensitive to peppermint and concerned about its effect on milk supply (try Berry Bliss instead).

Not for use during pregnancy — see FAQ below.

    How to Use

Step 1 — Brew: Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per cup. Pour over freshly boiled water and let steep for 5–7 minutes. The tea will brew into a vibrant rosy colour.

Step 2 — Strain & sip: Strain into your favourite mug. Most mums find it perfectly sweet on its own — though a slice of lemon brings out the rosehip beautifully.

Step 3 — Iced version: Brew double-strength, let it cool, and pour over ice. Add a slice of lemon, fresh berries, or a sprig of mint. Genuinely beautiful for hot afternoons.

Step 4 — Settle into the rhythm: 2–3 cups daily as part of your normal hydration is a lovely starting point.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in the resealable pouch. Best within 12 months of opening.

Mama tip: This is the tea to brew when a friend visits — pour it iced over rose-pink ice cubes (freeze cooled tea in trays) for a beautiful, nourishing drink that doesn't feel like "mum medicine."

Results: Every mum is different. Some notice a difference within a day or two; others take a little longer with consistent daily use. Results may vary.

    FAQs

What's the difference between Sweet Serenity and Berry Bliss?
Both are fenugreek-free, both contain raspberry leaf, but they're crafted for slightly different moods. Sweet Serenity is fruit-forward, naturally sweet, brews rosy-pink, and is the most family-friendly tea in the range — a beautiful crowd-pleaser. Berry Bliss is leafier and more herbal, with goji, nettle, oatstraw, and raspberry leaf — a deeper, more nutrient-dense postpartum-focused brew. Many mums keep both.

Will the peppermint affect my milk supply?
Peppermint in large quantities has historically been associated with reducing milk supply in some women — this is widely discussed in lactation literature. The amount of peppermint in Sweet Serenity is small and balanced within a blend dominated by traditional galactagogue herbs (fennel, raspberry leaf). For most mums, drinking 2–3 cups daily is well tolerated. If you have particular concerns about peppermint sensitivity or have struggled with supply, our Berry Bliss Lactation Tea is peppermint-free. As always, every mum is different — results may vary.

Is this safe to drink while breastfeeding?
The blend is formulated for the breastfeeding period and is fenugreek-free. As with any herbal tea, please check with your healthcare provider if you have specific allergies, take medications, or have particular concerns. The peppermint content is small but worth being aware of (see above).

Can I drink this during pregnancy?
Sweet Serenity contains raspberry leaf, which is generally only recommended in pregnancy from around 36 weeks onwards (and even then, with healthcare provider guidance). For this reason, we don't recommend Sweet Serenity for general use during pregnancy. If you're looking for a tea to enjoy throughout pregnancy, our Rosy Radiance Pregnancy & Lactation Tea is designed for that purpose. Always check with your healthcare provider before introducing any herbal tea during pregnancy.

Can my partner or older kids drink it too?
Yes — this is one of the loveliest things about Sweet Serenity. It's a beautiful, fruit-forward herbal tea that's caffeine-free and gentle. Many mums report partners and older children sipping it happily. (For very young children, please use your own discretion and follow general guidance for herbal teas in kids.)

What does raspberry leaf tea do?
Raspberry leaf has been traditionally valued in women's wellness for generations, particularly across postpartum and breastfeeding. In Sweet Serenity, raspberry leaf brings a gentle traditional herbal note alongside the fruit-forward botanicals. Like any herbal tea, it's a nourishing daily ritual rooted in centuries of traditional use rather than a treatment.

How many cups can I drink per day?
2–3 cups daily is a beautiful starting point. As with any herbal tea, gentle and consistent is the approach.

How long does a pouch last?
Each 50g pouch contains roughly 20 servings — about 1.5 to 3 weeks at 1–2 cups per day, depending on how often you brew.

Can I buy Sweet Serenity at Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse or Coles?
Not currently — but the freshest stock and fastest delivery comes directly through our online store or Amazon Australia. We dispatch within 1–2 business days and ship Australia-wide.

Is this a good gift for a new mum?
One of the loveliest in the range. The rosy colour, fruit-forward flavour, and gift-worthy pouch make it an absolute pleasure to give and receive. Pair with Lactation Cookies for a complete new-mum gift.
